Drilling planned for August

The Quantum REE Prospect, which includes historical high-grade intersections up to 50 metres at 1.55% TREO (total rare earth oxides) will also be covered by the survey.

DeSoto has already completed initial reconnaissance to determine access routes for Spectrum project activities.

Landholder access consultations are progressing ahead of planned drilling activities scheduled to begin in August.

Fenix Project

While the Spectrum and Fenton projects move ahead, DeSoto has started reconnaissance geological mapping, stream and rock sampling for gold, lithium and base metals across a number of regional project licences north of Pine Creek.

Lithium stream sediment sampling program has been partially completed in the northern “Fenix” licences with 17 of 19 samples collected to date.

Meanwhile, geological mapping and rock sampling at the Emerald Springs anticline gold target have been completed to assist in planning for RC drilling.
